Redesign Your Workday

Redesign Your Workday

with Ian Sanders

About This Class

The last two few years have upended our lives and presented us with curve balls and obstacles. Stress levels are rising. Yet it’s also been, for many, a time of reflection. The pandemic forced us to pause and take stock, and to find a new perspective on what really matters in our life and work.

Right now we’ve got the opportunity to create and shape how we want our lives to pan out. And that starts with focusing on the everyday, making those tweaks, tuning into what we need to have a good day. When we have a good day, it makes a difference not just to ourselves, but spreads positivity to our partners, family members, friends and colleagues. It improves our productivity, creativity and wellbeing. And the good days add up to happier, more fulfilled lives.

Let’s not revert to the same, staid old ways of doing things. It’s time to shake things up!

Together we will:

  • Uncover the habits and behaviors that make you most energized, happy and healthy in your daily life
  • Find out how to embrace an experimental mindset to try new approaches
  • Get inspiration on doing things differently and unexpectedly to work smarter
  • Get inspiration on the tweaks you need to work smarter
  • Learn from tried & tested ideas to get you buzzing

In this 90 minute class, speaker, author, strategic advisor and business and leadership growth coach, Mark Green, will guide you through the behaviors, structure, rules, tools and processes required to create a culture of accountability in your firm, division, department, or team.

  •  Identify the 3 building blocks of accountability.
  • Learn 9 accountable behaviors required to build a culture of accountability.

Have you ever been in a meeting and felt unsure of why you’re there, or whether it’s the best use of your time? This class will help you consider whether or not to meet and who should be there. It will also provide tips for how you can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of your meetings. You might walk away deciding to cancel, shorten, or even suggest that fewer people attend some meetings. Imagine the time you and your team can save!

Together we will:

  • Identify the various reasons to meet—and not meet.
  • Learn the various meeting objectives and the best way to both plan and facilitate them.
  • Discover the importance of role clarity and clear action-tracking in meetings.

Raise Your Resilience

Raise Your Resilience

with Zach Mercurio

About This Class

Want to make a change in your workplace and grow together? Well, we want to help! This class is great for teams looking to overcome challenges together by bringing individual strengths to the table.

We don’t thrive despite our challenges. We thrive because of our challenges. As human beings, difficulty often reveals our strongest qualities and most positive resources. Difficulty teaches us how to keep going. Difficulty teaches us how to be resilient.

That’s why there’s no trick to becoming “more resilient.” Resilience is the capacity to recover quickly from challenges. If you’re reading this, you have a 100% survival rate—which means you’re already resilient.

The key is to take the time to learn from yourself and create a system of resilience that you can deliberately activate during the next challenge. That’s why this class exists. You’ll learn to combine your own experience of overcoming difficulty with the science of resilience to develop a plan for proactively responding to challenges that activates the six core dimensions of resilience.

Together we will:

  • Learn what resilience is and how it develops
  • Uncover the strengths you already have to move through difficulty
  • Assess your capacity to recover from setbacks
  • Develop the six key dimensions of resilience: Purpose and Meaning, Self-Belief, Positive Outlook, Problem Solving, Social Support, and Self-Care
  • Create a system for resilience and learn how to activate it when difficulty arises.

Zach Mercurio, Ph.D. works with individuals and organizations around the world to forge purposeful leaders who cultivate more meaning, motivation, well-being, and performance. He is a positive leadership and organizations researcher and Honorary Fellow of Psychology in the Center for Meaning and Purpose at Colorado State University. He is also the author of “The Invisible Leader: Transform Your Life, Work, and Organization with the Power of Authentic Purpose.” His research has been awarded by the Association for Talent Development and The Academy of Management and he contributes regularly to international media outlets.

The Great Resignation and Retaining Talent

The Great Resignation and Retaining Talent

with Samantha Clarke

About This Class

Want to make a change in your workplace and grow together? Well, we want to help! This class is great for teams looking to re-establish the importance of a positive and supportive work culture.

Let’s reframe the Great Resignation as a boon, not a burden.

With workplace stress and burnout on the rise, leaders across the globe are seeing plummeting levels of employee engagement, happiness, productivity, and most of all retention.

Companies are scrambling to stop the bleeding and create environments that will entice employees to stay.

But how can we look beyond the doom and gloom and see this as a chance to reset?

A chance to pause and reframe our thinking. Now is the time to evolve our actions and behaviors to address crucial areas affecting employee health, happiness and retention. As well as create a richer roadmap for manager-employee relationships that supports everyone to thrive.

What got us here, won’t take us there and in a world of shifting demands, disruptions and constant change the best solution is for companies to destroy old habits and rebuild new practices that support employees to stay, grow and thrive.
Let us show you how in this masterclass.

Samantha Clarke is a happiness consultant and author of Love It or Leave It: How to be Happy at Work. Through her platform, individuals can design and build better and happier ways of being and working and learn to live with real purpose and intention.

A spark is something quite small and, by itself, not very powerful. But a spark has the ability to ignite. An idea is like a spark; alone it is just a set of words, but it too can ignite. A great idea can inspire others to dream bigger. Let us all work together to ignite something greater than ourselves.

Let us all be a Spark of Optimism.
